The goal of RUN*ology, LLC is simple combine my 18+ years as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Master's Degree in Kinesiology & Exercise physiology with my love of running to help you be the most efficient and biomechanically sound  runner you can be.  


What I do: 

Movement Screening:  Utilize a running specific screen to identify deficiencies and imbalances in functional strength and mobility. 

Running form video analysis: Visualize faulty gait mechanics.  

Corrective exercise instruction: Address findings from movement screen and video analysis with self-myofascial release, corrective exercises  and forms drills to make you a more biomechanically sound and efficient runner.  

Running Shoe Recommendation.

RUN1: (please email for pricing)


(The RUN1 is a one on one 3 part process.)

Part 1At the first meeting the movement screen and video gait analysis will be completed. Each client will be given immediate feedback and take home points to get started on becoming the best runner they can be.  

Part 2: A detailed written summary of both the gait analysis and movement screen will be emailed to the client, as well as, a critiqued video. 

Part 3: And lastly, we will meet again to review the findings of the assessment and analysis, go over the personalized corrective plan (teaching self-myofascial release, instruction on corrective exercise, and form drills as needed), and present a running shoe suggestion.

RUN2: (please email for pricing)

Video gait analysis. This includes a detailed video analysis of your running form and is done remotely Record yourself running on your own smart phone (front/side/rear) and email to RUN*ology. This is great if you are out of the area and want to know what you can do to improve your running. Email for details and payment options!



RUN REPEAT: (please email for pricing)
Repeat parts of the movement screen that were scored as failed during first session and/or video analysis for comparison. Additional corrective exercise and form drills will be added if needed/applicable. (Usually performed after 6 weeks of implementing corrective exercise plan.)
